The following cards are REMOVED from the points list.
The purpose of the points list is to create a balanced meta where various archetypes
such as Aggro, Midrange, Control, and Combo are viable.
Additionally, the list aims to keep some very powerful mechanics in check.
For instance, we want storm decks to remain a competitive choice in the format, but not to become oppressive.
Similarly, taking the initiative early in a game is extremely powerful and easy to set up.
For that reason, Initiative is currently highly taxed.
